(It also mentioned Chi running which I need to read now!) I realized that the form isn't too different from how I already run, so now I just try to be a little more aware. I especially use it when I go uphills. We will see how it goes in my race on Saturday! Thanks again!Kelly(M&M)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10667877708280021302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19163408.post-31430771650201721942010-07-31T14:12:49.601-07:002010-07-31T14:12:49.601-07:00I've read Chi Running too. I do notice the difference when I try to keep my posture, even though I never know if I am doing it right. I mostly remember to check my posture when going uphill, it helps A LOT. I don't think it would hurt to try.Saraihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00205649056939168562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19163408.post-5298094513039534802010-07-30T16:14:51.337-07:002010-07-30T16:14:51.337-07:00Probably not the best to do before a race, I didn&...Probably not the best to do before a race, I didn't really change my form but I became more aware of it by making sure my arms are not swinging across my body and I have a good posture, made a difference.Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01331628695937000884noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19163408.post-55888069741198627352010-07-27T13:49:22.582-07:002010-07-27T13:49:22.582-07:00I have, I read ChiRunning a few years ago and have...I have, I read ChiRunning a few years ago and have never looked back! I keep it out to reference from time to time and it's been quite the running tool throughout the years.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15486116803257958340noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19163408.post-13290442396225018422010-07-27T12:43:14.968-07:002010-07-27T12:43:14.968-07:00I'd be careful. Then a coach told me to run the way that was natural to me and so I did. After the marathon might be a better time to experiment.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
