I know it can be tough. After living in my area for 8 years I finally joined the local running club and I have made some great friends. Don't know what I would do without them.<br /><br />Maybe also, you can set something up with your friends virtually where you check in with them every week or so to see how things are going. That will also keep you accountable.<br /><br />Again, good luck!
