I'm sure I could stand to lose a little more, but the running DID really melt away the excess baby stuff I was carrying around. However 2) the running was combined with a 6 month refined sugar free diet and that, I am sure contributed to the melting away. If only I could find the will power to do that again. (sigh)

Bikram yoga sound fun, though. I'll look into that. Come join me!foxontherunhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10939182231530773754noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19163408.post-15828356608267392292007-10-19T08:18:00.000-07:002007-10-19T08:18:00.000-07:00Congrats on the weight loss! So, I do think I am going to try a spinning class to get out of my plateau. It is amazing how your body just gets "used to" running, isn't it?Kelly(M&M)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10667877708280021302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19163408.post-59177148676383104852007-10-18T21:53:00.000-07:002007-10-18T21:53:00.000-07:00The room is heated to something around 105. After I'm done training so much, I can't wait to get back into yoga...I think my oldest daughter really wants to join me, which I think is awesome.

Also, about feeling like an infomercial - I feel the same way when I tell people about things I love. I feel like I'm trying to sell them something when really I just want to share the wonderfulness that I enjoy. My friend started calling me "the ambassador of good things". I like that title much more. :)JPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00003378912998394588noreply@blogger.com
