Hey M&M (can I call you that? :) Stalking is the highest form of flattery! It's fun to finally meet up with you in cyberspace! Here is my entry for today:

1 hour pilates
30 minutes running, 4 miles
I felt really good - no aches or pains... how long do you think my old stinky shoes will hold out?

What's the best way to do this, anyway? Suggestions are very much appreciated! Did you check your email and reply to the invite to join this blog?

Hey there! I thought we could each just post our workouts every couple of days and how we feel. I didn't get your email yet so I can't officially post. So, here is my info. I ran 4 miles in 30:50 and don't think I could have gone much faster. I am happy with it and felt good. I need to try Pilates sometime. I think you need to dump your stinky shoes. :-)

It's official, I am part of the blog! I forgot that when I made my blog a month ago that I made my profile marathonmommy, even though I couldn't pick that blogspot address. Oh well, you can call me M&M for now and if I can change it I will. No laughing- I am new to this whole blogging thing!
