Okay, I know I am out of the contest, but I still want to be accountable. I took a day off yesterday, but today I ran a hard 5.29 miles! What a workout!
Thursday I ran a measly 2.25 miles. When I got home at 11:00pm my husband was on the computer working on his essays, hence the reason why I have to post this morning. Also the reason for the small running milage was the time of day! It took every ounce of effort I had to go to the gym after 10pm! Uggh.
way to go ladies! count me in for a run today too.
5 for me today. Ang - you are amazing! I think after 10 PM it should be worth double. Nice job!
