Good Luck!

I know there are many of you waiting to find out if you are in the St. George Marathon. I remember anxiously waiting last year and hitting refresh a hundred times! (I also remember calling Jeff and saying, "I have good news and bad news. The good news is that I get to run the St. George Marathon. The bad news is I have to run the St. George Marathon!" I was 8 1/2 months pregnant when I found out I was in! I had a wonderful time training and it is a beautiful course!!

Keep us posted! Let us know if you get in!

Also, good luck to JP, I believe you are racing this weekend.

The site must be totally jammed with traffic, because I can't get on! *biting nails* I know I am in (because I won a "guaranteed 2008 entry" as a door prize last year), but I don't know if my husband got in. I have had 2 dreams over the last 2 nights where he didn't get in and I was really bummed. It is so much more fun to do it together!

I have been a lurker on this site for awhile. I guess I need to send in my bio because I would love to be a part of your marathon family- because I got in the St. George! Wahoo, I think. It will be my first marathon. And I got the guts to try the lotto because of this website- you all inspire me SO much! You are all amazing women! Thanks for sharing your stories.

My heart is totally racing reading all of your "I got in/didn't get in" comments!

Erin and Suzie, so excited for you two and for your husband of course!

Jen, so bummed you didn't get in! That stinks! I guess that just means we can run it together next year! :)

Alicia, so excited for you too. I think maybe we are kindred spirits as my personal blog is named Angela's Adventures. :)

Now I just see that AaronandSharla go in too!! Yeah! I can't believe all the good fortune so far.

I can't wait to be the biggest cheerleader ever for all of you!

Congrats to Sarah and Taylor (if I don't come to cheer you on, I will be more than happy to help with the kiddos!), Aaron, Alicia, and Sharla. Keep us posted on your training!

Jen and company- You are right, they were intimidated by you. :-) Definitely look into the Logan Marathon or some other local one. Let me know when you pick one, because I am sure in a few months I will get the itch to run!

Suzie, put me in the lottery to watch your kids! I'll do anything to get that 'feeling' that I've won something ... even if it's some extra kids for a few days! Congrats on both or you getting in! I love the St. George route, but for this year, it's better you than me ... by October 4th I will be over 7 months prego! (Yes, that means I'm already 13 weeks along! Surprise!)

Ranell! Congrats! You little bugger you! I'm excited for you.

p.s. I haven't seen you forever. Where have you been?

Good luck all you St. G-ers!

CONGRATULATIONS, Ranell!! No wonder you aren't running Newport! Now it is all starting to make sense. :) I am so happy for you!! This is very exciting!

Hey local friends,
Thanks for the excitement! I forgot to say that I really haven't told very many people yet, so please keep it to yourself for a while. There are a few friends (who I know don't read this blog) who I'd rather tell myself rather than have them hear it from someone else. And you know how fast news travels between the 3 wards here in town. Not that I'm so egotistical to think that you're all out there talking about me ... but you know what I mean. I have a Dr. appt. this week to make sure everything is going okay and then I'll start spreading the news myself. Sorry for the long random comment! Thanks!

Ranell, congrats! What a fun way to announce it. And don't worry your secret is safe with us. :-) I am so happy for you and your cute family!
