I just wrote an "I HEART RUNNING" post on my personal blog today, but I thought I'd hop over here and share an article that I just found about the positive effects of running.

Turns out that this habit that we girls have gotten ourselves hooked on is really, REALLY good for us, not only short term (which we can all attest to by how we feel), but long term, too!

Definitely a pro exercise study..but hey, I love stuff like this because I have a few, members who are constantly on my case about running. "It's not good for you. You're going to have joint problems when you are older..." Their arguments go on and on but I always have to dispute all claims. I feel great running and have never been healthier. Thank you Standford for your validation.
