I just wrote an "I HEART RUNNING" post on my personal blog today, but I thought I'd hop over here and share an article that I just found about the positive effects of running.
Turns out that this habit that we girls have gotten ourselves hooked on is really, REALLY good for us, not only short term (which we can all attest to by how we feel), but long term, too!
