so I am here about a month after my full marathon and I am struggling to figure out what to do.
I thought I would enjoy training to increase my pace etc on shorter distances... but I dont like it.
I miss my alone, quiet time, and since of "i cant believe i just did that!" the long runs brought.
how soon is too soon to start training for another full or half?
I am also struggling with the change of seasons. I HATE the cooler weather. I am missing my 70 degree warm morning runs and cant seem to get myself to get out the door when its dark and cold (in the 40 or 50s)
will I every overcome my aversion to the fall and winter
Oh.. I have a treadmill too.. but I want to run outside.
I need a plan, I need to get back in my groove. Ideas?
