Although the calendar shows differently, I always think of the week as Monday to Sunday. To keep everyone (okay, me!) motivated, let's post our weekly mileage. We'll do this every Monday so get out there and run this week!
I ran 7.92. I'm not really training for anything now, don't have the money to register :-(. I'm following a 10k training plan just in case I do get to run one, and to keep me from not doing anything productive! I have at least 2 races to run again next year, so I gotta be in shape for those and maybe 1 or 2 in the fall.
26.2 miles :) Actually... with all of the extra tenths that my Garmin and I found along the Wisconsin Marathon course, 26.7 miles! Race recap coming SOON on my blog! :)
My marathon was on 5/2, so my total for the week was 26.2! I'm hoping to put up a little race report later, because I loved it. (Rested the rest of the week).

8.46 here. I skipped yesterday's long run in favor of walking all over the Ren Faire. This Sunday's Half Marathon should be... um... interesting.

19 miles. Last week was the second week of my taper. I use runningahead.com to track my mileage. Great site.

7. I've been doing a lot of cross-training lately w/aerobics and weight-lifting. I've noticed a huge improvement on hills.
