I haven't had a week over 30 miles for quite some time which is disappointing. Not as many as I wanted (again) this week but they were all quality miles -- from 5x800s at a sub-7:00 pace to an 11 mile run to celebrate my 11th wedding anniversary.
Cheers to running and the good it does in our lives!
32.31 miles and an additional 10.8 miles of cycling. I did my new longest run this week too! Hope to log more miles next week as I turned some of my running miles into cross training miles this week.
48.1 miles ... including a 20 mile run with a climb of about 1400 feet over about 5 miles on Saturday. Going up was easier than coming down (much slower, but easier). My quads are still sore, but I wanted some downhill training to get ready for the Top of Utah. Right now I think a flat course is the best choice.
I ran 23. I meant to do 10 on Saturday, but instead of "10 miles" on my tracking calendar, it says, "LAZY." Hopefully I'll get myself more motivation this week!
