26.5. Was hoping to get more like 30, but I felt really yucky one night and skipped my run in favor of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Mmmm.
Straight up 30. Felt good! But forgetting to stretch and then doing yard work for 4 hours did not feel good.
11 miles. It was supposed to be 26. I missed my long run!
