Can I just jump in? I did 25 miles this week, with one track workout. It was on target for me. I was injured all winter/spring so I'm still trying to build strength. Not sure whether I'm strong enough to do a marathon or not this fall (I've never had an injury that lasted so long!), so I'm just trying to stay around 25 mpw and see how I feel.
Zero! And I only ran a 5K the week before! I've missed two consecutive weeks of training for a mid-September marathon, so I may just cancel my plan to go. I'll see how I do during this week and next.
Ten miles last week, with no aches or pains! 10:30/mile is getting to be my normal pace. When I start running 10 months ago I couldn't run between two telephone poles, and a mile took me 14 or 15 minutes. :) So I am thrilled to see such progress.
I did 3.5 miles. I know it's not very far, but this pregnant lady is really feeling the pelvic and back pain of this little one. I'm feeling good that I got off the couch. Yeah for doing anything.

I'm moving in the wrong direction weekly mileage-wise. Help!

20.6 miles for my recovery week. Not where I wanted to be but was worried about my hip for a couple of days.
