28.8 miles Had an okay week. Struggled with my energy, but pulled out some good runs regardless! Hoping to push my mileage a little bit more this week. Enjoying speed training!
Whew! Still playing catch up from some injuries, so I'm taking it slowly. Got 16 miles this week. Inching towards 20+ to see how I feel and maybe start marathon training. Hitting the gym on other days, so I'm feeling strong!
