Slow and steady wins the race...

right? After 2 full weeks of running I am starting to feel much better. I forgot my inhaler again, so I will try that again on Monday! So, far I am just grateful to be out on the road again. I ran 4.2 miles today and it was hard, but good. I ran into a friend of mine and it was great to just have company again!

My big goal is to get to 5 miles comfortably. Suzie, I hope your long run went well today. So awesome that you can run with your hubby!

Keep up the good work!

I'm impressed with your mileage! I'm keeping it slow and steady for runs at the 2 to 2.5 mile lengths. I was hoping for 3 last night but it was really warm and I was tired after a morning hike. YOU are doing great!!

Ah, crap. I do know which "here" to use in the above comment. Fast, late night typing = embarrasing typos.

Just saw the mileage counter on Suzie's blog. Love it! I think I'll wait though to add it to mine. I don't really want everyone to know just how slow my last runs have been and just how pitiful my mileage is. Maybe when I'm speedy and running further like her I'll post mine!
