Headache Follow-up.

A few weeks ago, I posted about headaches I'd been having after races or hard runs. You guys gave me so many great tips and suggestions and it has been a BIG help! I'm now running with more confidence because I'm less worried that I'm going to end up with a horrible migraine after a tough run.

Thanks! Yeah, some of the things were so obvious that I'm pretty embarrassed that I hadn't already been doing them (like wearing sunglasses on sunny runs, for example). But, sometimes you've got to get knocked on the head before you learn!
