Sushi It is

So who needs carbo-loading when you have sushi-loading. I ran 20 miles Sat. The farthest I have ever ran in my life. We ran it in 3:58 (a great time for us) It was such a good run. The sushi does very well in my stomach (I've had big time issues with my stomach in the past) It stays with me, isnt greasy so its not heavy in my stomach, and seems to give me good energy. I was so worried about the run cause I had just got back from a 5 day cruise on Friday and had eaten so much food and drank pop like crazy (something I have cut out for training) we had also been up late so much and were sleep deprived. But other than feeling like I was rocking here and there I felt great. It was a good confidence boost before this marathon. So here's to two weeks of tappering. Speaking of tappering...what is the best way for me to taper. I have no idea how much or how little to do. Any advice would be wonderful. Thanks!!

Try http://www.halhigdon.com/marathon/novices.html to see how to taper. It's a good site - helped me run a marathon last year.
