Thanks for getting this going! I am still in my post-Boston-qualifying times-change funk! I ran 17 1/2 miles, with an 8.5 along the Portland Waterfront. My best recent run was a race through Central Park with 8,000 other runners!
28.93 miles. I am pretty happy with that since this was my "bad" training week and I didn't get my long run in. I remember when my "bad" weeks resulted in less than 10 miles.
Three 5 mile runs for a total of 15 miles. Ah, I can still do basic math! I was pleased with my heart rate in one of them, but alarmed with my heart rate in one of the others. One run to the next, nothing ever seems to be the same.
7.18 miles. I'm still dealing with some weird IT band/knee issues, so I've cut back my mileage and have been doing spin class and muscle pump instead. I've been making sure to stretch a lot and use my roller, which has helped a ton.

Finally feeling like I'm getting out of the running funk I've been in since the OC Marathon (4 weeks ago!).
10. I'm finally back after recovering from surgery.

29 miles this week, 105 for the month. Building slowly has paid off -- no injuries!
