Working around my kids' summer schedule (and my husband's 1+ hour commute, twice a day) is proving to be a challenge. On the bright side, I think the lower miles this summer is going to be a great "rest" for for my body. I don't like being forced to lower my miles, but I'm sure it's a good thing...

It has been crazy hectic this week- but I am very thankful I got the miles in I did!!!

Although deep inside, I am very thankful that I was able to get up and run that. I was so sick last week.....
27.15, which is WAY better than the 0 I did the week before. Hoping to get back up over 100 in August. Only did 71 in July. Darn vacations!
