Usually I run about 5-6 miles on Mondays. Today I ran 8.4 since I had time. The tempo pace felt great, too!
26.2 miles
27.29 miles. Getting ready for my first 10K this weekend!!!
8 miles. I'm 15 weeks pregnant and training for the SF Nike's women's marathon.
