What did you run? 11/21 - 11/27
My holiday week was sure busy. I'm hoping to recover by mid-week so I can prepare myself mentally and physically for this weekend's marathon. How was your week of running? We had family in town staying with us so my runs were squeezed in here and there whenever I could.
