Thanks, Kelly! I ran a tough 22 miles this weekend. It was hilly, half trail/half streets and included a 6 mile loop that I ran 3 times. Yowzers! My running pals all thought I was nuts but ran 1 or 2 loops with me anyway. It was tough but I felt pretty good. Later that day I wasn't nearly as tired as I usually am and even managed to stay up later than I ever do on a Saturday night. No soreness the next day either so I must be doing something right. So far, training for LA has been very good. I'm excited! I don't think it'll be a huge PR but I do think I'll be finishing with a new PR. :D
