Some good, some not so good. I've fallen into a pattern of running 4x a week -- two are 10+ miles and two are the following day, a "recovery" run. Not sure if this will serve me well, but it's what my schedule allows...
Cherl- Thanks for the motivation! I am glad to be back. Your mileage is a lot on only 4 days. More bang for your buck! Good job!
Lacey- Don't be too hard on yourself. Once you have done more miles, it is easy to get down on yourself when you feel like you are doing less. 26 miles is great. (That's what I did too!) What is your next race?
