Virtual Run for Sherry Arnold: February 11, 2011
I think we've all heard the terrible story of Sherry Arnold. She's the teacher in Montana who went for a run and never came home. Did you know there is a Virtual Run for Sherry Arnold today? Print out a bib and go for a run. I found it empowering when I went out for a long run by myself this morning.

I am bummed I didn't join in on this. I heard about it last week, but didn't put it in my calendar. I want to print up a bib and do it another day. What a tragic story. I already don't run alone very often. This story just adds to my fear, which is so wrong! There are good people out there, but unfortunately there are still awful people too.
