Monday Miles: 2/27 - 3/4

I love the start of a new month.  It always feels like anything is possible.  Running on the first day of the month is one of my favorite days to run.  How was your week?  Here's to some good runs this month!

I swear they were all hilly miles, too, for some reason...

35.7 miles- my longest week for a long, long time! Yeah!! Ended with a 13.1 mile run. I ran all my miles slow. I am doing some low heart rate training with a good friend.

I love the first day of the month too. We are too much alike. :-)

I think I ran 1.5 miles last week. Ugh. I am still battling injuries. I don't feel much like a runner anymore, but I'm hoping to get back into it soon. I'm jealous of all those marathon trainers out there!

got a few outside runs in this past week- which helped immensely!! I can really push my miles outside! Very excited for spring!
