Wrote this article on losing the baby weight after pregnancy. I would also love to hear how some of you Marathon Mommies get back into running after having a baby. I just had my third and it has been a little harder this time, but I know I will get there. :)

Oh man, I'm totally struggling with this now, seven months post-partum. I'm only at +5 from my goal weight and pre-baby clothes are fitting, even if they're tight.
What I did was some serious calorie counting. I know it's lame, but I have a tendency to just snack and it was really eye-opening how those calories added up. But if I was tracking everything, I was less likely to snack.
And until I could run with the boys, I did some Jillian Michaels DVDs daily as my exercise. But now I'm back to pushing a stroller three days a week and running without it on Saturdays.
It's been hard. Ridiculously hard. But I'm almost there!
I agree about the calorie counting. I tend to snack and although they are mostly good choices, it does add up at the end of the day. Tracking it keeps me in check.
