I just checked my mail this morning and there was a package from Ang from this blog. It is a CD with running music on it. I am so pumped!! What a thoughtful gift from someone I have only "met" in person once. I have been anxious to get new music.

What a nice thing to do Ang! I love to share music with other runners because it is such a big part of my process. I got a call from my mom yesterday (who is running the 5K in Salt Lake) and she was so excited after a fun run with music that I sent her. You gotta love it!
