SO......

NOW WHAT?

ha ha.

I'm feeling a little bit of post race blues (no goal... no higher purpose....).

Can anyone relate?

So funny. I was going to post with exactly this title!

At least you are ending on a high note. :-)

Yes!!! I have been feeling that! Especially since I am more motivated now than ever to get back into shape. Don't laugh, but I don't have any running friends in Blackfoot, so I am putting myself out there and going to try and fish some up. I made a local Blackfoot Blog. Hopefully I'll find a few friends to start training with.

You mommies totally are the best! Can we do lunch again soon?

All that hard work and anticipation...the runners high...and now what. I relate completely to what your feeling, so I am going to give myself a bat on the back and look at my marathon shirt a little more and then look to the next race. Hey, who chose the shirt colors anyway. Does anyone else think they could have picked better colors than tan and grey? Oh well!

Yes! I have been looking at summer and fall races to get ready for- but still feeling like I should take it easy this week and it just feels weird to not have something coming up soon!

Like Erin, I'm more committed than ever to get into better shape and to improve!

I've got myself excited and looking forward to two events: one this summer (5k) and one this fall (half)...this is to make up for the blah half I just had, LOL. More on that later...

Also? I think your post race blues has more to do with missing me than anything else. ;)

I'm just saying.

Chelle!

I'm feeling it too. I actually told my friend today that was training with me for SLC but got hurt, that if she ran a marathon before I move to Provo, that I would do it with her. Ummm what was I thinking???

Which brings me to Provo. I have my heart set on being friends with you, AnnieBananie, and the WRFDJ girls when I move. Just thought I should let you know. :)

Hey Chelle aka: dope runner, funny blogger and neighbor

I totally know what you mean. I tried running on Monday and signed up for St. George on Sunday. This were both mistakes.

And Ang, don't worry- I will be your friend. :)
