The time has come....

3 sports bras
3 running shorts
3 tank tops
3 pairs of socks
1 pair running shoes
ipod
deodorant
sleeping bag
toothbrush
$300. +
------------------------------------
case of water
case of Gatorade
box of Clif bars
lots of fruit
gas for 2 vans
feather boas ?
paint (to decorate vans)
$200. +
---------------------------
bonding with 10 other girls
running in the blistering heat and in the middle of the night
getting rid of farmers tan
leaving the left brain behind and digging into the mental capacity of the right
smelling every ones bodily aromas (or should I say stenches?)
jump starting a summer of training
waking up my ever so sleepy legs
running 170 + miles with the beautiful country and mountains as our backdrop
not actually sleeping in our sleeping bags for 24 hours
PRICELESS!
And that's what you call the Wasatch Back. In the morning I'll be on my way to Logan to get away for a few days, and to come back ever so tired but surprisingly recharged. Maybe I'll see some of you there!

It's official: I am soooooooo jealous of the experience you are gonna have. Good luck, have fun and give a full race report for those of us livin' vicariously!

Marathon Mommies unite: we have got to do a Wasatch Back Team (or two?) next year. Got. to.

I'm excited to read your race report. We were making up the same commercial in our van today. Hopefully, after I've recupped I'll post a race report. But for now, I'm wiped out and I'm so sore I don't think I'll make it up the stairs!
