Hello there, any advice for the first time jitters associated with running a marathon? I currently run about 5-6 miles a day, 4 to 5 times a week. Have been running for about 15 years now, but never a marathon. Have competed in 5k's but that is the extent of my races. I am in my 40's a mommy of two and consider myself to be in great shape, but yet I am fearful of running my first marathon....and I love to run!!!! Any advice????
I'll be running TOU this year also (the first time I'll run the same marathon twice). It's a fantastic race!
