What did you run? 8/15 - 8/21

How'd you do this week? Scoops will be starting soon, if not already. How will this change your running schedule? Do you exercise while kids are in school?

My routine won't change much. I run early because my running pals all work. I'll continue to run with them early. I may do a second run once a week and hope to take some spin or hot yoga classes to cross train while my kids are in school.

4. That's it! It has been an off summer for me. On Saturday, I was in charge of our local family triathlon so I chose to spend the early morning time doing preparations instead of running. However, it is time to get back in gear! I am going to run a 10k in September that I love and I am hoping this is the motivation that I need. I have about 15 lbs to lose and I will feel much better! My goal for this week is to get in 20 miles. I will report back!
Great job on your half Cherl! Ending with 1.5 miles uphill soounds tough! You rock!

70 miles in two weeks...Pocatello Idaho Marathon in a week and St. George Marathon in a month. Hoping to have some good reports!
