It was my rest week after running a marathon on the 18th. I wasn't going to run at all but ended up with 5.32 miles and two days of strength training focusing on abs and core.

Finally broke the 6 mile barrier and have started doing 7+ miles!! SO AWESOME to finally get there!!!!!
20- My first week in the 20's for a long time! I have been in such a funk. Feels good to be back
Cherl- you are so funny about your exact numbers!! I am the same way at the end of a run. If it is 4.95 I will keep running around the parking lot!
