Weight Loss Goals

Okay, it is time for me to get into gear and lose these 15 lbs. that just keep hanging on. I thought maybe if I post my goals here it might give me some accountability and help me stick to it.

1. Keep a food journal, and write everything down.
2. Stay within weight watchers points allowance daily.
3. Include fruits or veggies with each meal(more veggies than fruit).
4. Include protein with every meal and snack.
5. Drink water with each meal and snack.
6. Finish eating by 7:00 p.m. (brush teeth after dinner)
7. Daily exercise (marathon training should cover this)
8. Weights three times a week.
9. Adequate sleep.

Wish me luck! I will report my progress weekly here. That should give me some incentive to stay with it.

Argh...this needs to be me too. (Though, I have slightly more than 15 that needs to go away. ahem.)

Hey Kim,

Thanks for posting this. I am definitely with you. I lost a few pounds with Marnie, but gained them all back after Christmas. That stinker sister of yours still looks awesome!

I got my race pics back and that was enough motivation for me. I am back on the wagon also. My goals are similar to yours, although I am trying to follow Body for Life-I don't know Weight Watchers.

Keep us posted!! Can't wait to hang out with you in about 12 weeks. :-)

Good luck Kim! I've been trying to whittle 10 pounds away myself and not getting very far. I think the not eating after 7 is a good one too! I track my food on MyFitnessPal.com, it keeps me honest.
