Meet Kara Goucher in Portland 5/9
Kara Goucher is meeting folks and signing copies of her new book Running For Women at the Cedar Hills Crossing (OR) Powell's Books next Monday evening. The fun starts at 7pm but you'll want to be there earlier to get in line. I'm not in Portland but I wish I were because I would totally be there. What's not to love about Kara? She's personable, friendly, genuine, she's the all-American girl-next-door. She could be your best friend. And she's a mom who just happens to be an incredible athlete. I'd go meet her and buy her book.

Chi Running: Have you read this book?
I picked up the book, Chi Running by Danny and Katherine Dreyer, two months ago with every intention of diving into it immediately. Unfortunately, life became busy and I hadn't had a chance to even open the book until this week. I am happy to say I have finally started to read this book! I'm curious if you've read it. What did you think? Did you change anything for yourself? Have you seen improvement? If so, how?
