Getting back

I just had to write a post to 1) publicly thank all those who commented on my last post and 2) write down my next next race goal so that I am accountable.
I was the mom who was having issues with running and nursing (not at the same time, I might add). I was losing my milk and freaking out. So I took 6 weeks off from running and followed the suggestions to take fenugreek and blessed thistle. I also started drinking that Mother's Milk herbal tea full of fenugreek, blessed thistle, and other strong herbs. I was amazed at how well it worked! Thank you 100 times again and again! If there are any other marathon mommies out there who are nursing a 'wee one' I am here to say that those herbs are wonders for rebuilding your milk supply.
Two weeks ago I started running again. I have been able to run 3x a week for the past 2 weeks and my little baby's tummy has been full, as well as his diapers, which is all I ask for right now.
To help me get back on track with running, my goal is to be able to run the Hands-on House Half Marathon in Lancaster, PA in October. It is on a Saturday, if any of you fellow East Coast gals are interested...

a HUGE question

Hello all! This is my first post and I have a huge question that I hope you can help me out with. I am the mother of 4 boys. (In this picture, my 3 month old baby is nestled snugly in a babysling under my husband's coat.) I ran my first marathon last year and am addicted to running, but I think I might have started doing too much too soon with this last baby. I am a nursing mom and am afraid I might be losing my milk, which completely terrifies me.
I have cut back on running and have started to drink an herbal tea for nursing mothers, but running is my "sanity" and I am really missing it.

**Have any of you successfully nursed while training?**
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
